Andrew has been a Golf Professional for over 26 years based in Australia (Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne), Singapore, Hong Kong and the U.S. Andrew is currently based at Federal Golf Club in Canberra, Australia. Further detail about Andrew’s program through Federal is provided here. Andrew has also worked with leading Professionals from the PGA Tour, Japan Tour, Asian tour, LET Tour and the LPGA Tour.
Andrew’s ‘Foundation of Golf Philosophy and Skills’ started with his selection for the Golf Scholarship Program (1994) at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). Andrew has continued to work with leading sports psychologists since, building a notable understanding of the mental aspect of golf.

In terms of some select achievements - during his time as National Coach, Singapore Golf Association, Andrew led the National team to Singapore’s first Gold Medal win in 2017 at the SEA Games and its best-ever result at the Eisenhower Trophy.
Andrew continues to collaborate with a number of Asian countries, from his base in Australia ,about how Andrew’s private services can continue to build and grow elite talent in golf in the broader region.
Another proud coaching achievement for Andrew was working with Singapore’s Lam Chih Bing who, after 2 years of working together, became the first Singaporean to make the cut in a Major Championship (The Open Championship 2009). He went on to win the Volvo Championship on the Asian Tour.
Separate from his success as a golf coach, Andrew continues to perform as a professional golfer himself, and is looking forward to playing more Competitive golf in 1 year when he is eligible to compete on the Seniors Tour.
